In the fall the fireweed are in full bloom, the mountains are glorious, the geese are heading south and the air is crisp and heady. I love Autumn. Create this pattern using your favorite method of applique and if you don't have moose, then don't put him in!! Substitute a deer, an elk, a grizzly or add more flowers. The pattern includes a full size line drawing. Have a wonderful time creating your own masterpiece. Quilt finishes to 36" x 42"	Vanilla Jamaica was created for quick strip piecing. Partial blocks are used to create the pieced border. Neutral colors provide a beautiful background for the Art Nouveau fusible applique image. Applique line drawing provided in pattern is full size. This pattern is wonderful for beginners as it starts you out with large half square triangle units. Then add corner triangles for the border blocks, then one more change for the diamond blocks within the pieced top. You are easily brought up to an intermediate skill level step by step. I've posted 3 videos that show you how to do each step for those of you that are visual learners (isn't that all of us??) Quilt finishes to 48" x 64". See the videos	Diamond Braid is a twin size quilt. The quilt is constructed by sewing modified log cabin style blocks using 2 1/2" wide strips in 8 values ranging from very dark to very light. Because the quilt is made from blocks you do not have to sew the braid and trim the sides (which leave you with a long bias edge). Instead, simply sew blocks and piece the top as you would any traditional pattern. The center leaf applique can be applied as fusible or use your favorite method. Twin quilt finishes to 72" x 92". It's a New Day strip pieced quilt with art nouveau fusible applique. Package pattern is created with 2 1/2" strips. Includes full size graphics for the oversize applique. Each block is shown with the values so you know exactly how to create the light to shadow effect. The pattern uses 3 simple beginner blocks that alternate to achieve the effect of stars winking in and out. Use a 6" tile and the rubber grip product used in your kitchen cupboards for a durable and stable thread catcher. It stays put where you need it. The lining I used was a rip stop nylon so it makes it a dream to empty as your threads and fabric scraps just slide out. Follow the full color photographs each step of the way. Use your own artwork and choose your favorite decorative stitching to make this uniquely your own.	French Roast uses 3 simple blocks to create the interwoven look. The transfers can be ironed to fabric and colored in using fabric ink pens or fabric paint.
